Return Policy

REFUND POLICY. Should you not be completely satisfied with our online products for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from purchase of an online product to request a full refund. It is assumed that, after 30 days, you are satisfied with the materials and services provided by Bisk. If, during the first 30 days after purchase, you take an online Course(s) for credit and then request a refund, the refund will not include the full retail value of the Course(s) completed. Any request for a refund must be made in writing by electronic mail addressed to info@CPEasy.com.

Should you not be completely satisfied with any of our offline products for any reason, call us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will send you a mail return label. Once we have received the returned product, we will issue a full product refund. If you call more than thirty (30) days after invoice date, we will be happy to exchange the product for another product of equal value. We will accept returns for credit up to one year from the invoice date.
